在氣候變遷日益嚴峻的今日，讓我們從辦公桌開始，為地球盡一份心力！每年 4 月 22 日是地球日， 2025 年主題為「我們的力量，我們的星球」，號召全球透過公眾行動，共同展現改善環境的改變力量。
在臺灣，環資會積極協助環境部推動「淨零綠生活」運動，從食、衣、住、行等日常習慣著手，鼓勵以小改變實現大未來。其中，「綠色辦公」倡導企業、學校及機構將淨零理念融入辦公文化，同時提升ESG環境永續治理績效。
今年，環資會也正式加入地球日全球夥伴行列，並將綠色辦公響應活動登錄於官方活動地圖，讓臺灣的環保行動被全球看見！邀請您關燈、省紙、選擇環保產品，從辦公室出發，讓綠行動成為日常，一起為地球努力！
As global climate change intensifies, let’s start from our office desks and do our part for the Earth! April 22 is Earth Day, and the theme of 2025 — “Our Power, Our Planet” — calls on people around the world to take collective action to protect our environment.
In Taiwan, the Institute of Environment and Resources (IER) actively supports the Ministry of Environment in promoting the “GreenLifeStyle”, which encourages sustainable habits in everyday life. Among these efforts, “Green Office” practices aim to integrate net-zero concepts into workplace culture, while also enhancing ESG performance across corporations, schools, and organizations.
This year, IER has officially joined the Earth Day partner network and registered the Green Office campaign on the Earth Day Events Map, showcasing Taiwan’s environmental efforts on the world stage.
We invite you to turn off unused lights, reduce paper usage, and choose eco-friendly products—starting right at your desk. Let’s make green actions part of our everyday life, and work together for the future of our planet!
「綠色辦公」的推動目標
Goals of the Green Office Initiative
為響應全球淨零轉型趨勢，環境部推動友善環境的「綠色辦公」行動，從5大指標、35項具體措施著手，透過簡單易行的綠色行動，帶動企業與員工共同實踐淨零綠生活，展現對永續未來的承諾，攜手邁向2050淨零目標。
To support the Net-Zero transition, the Ministry of Environment promotes the” Green Office” Initiative, focusing on 5 key indicators and 35 practical actions. Through simple green practices, the initiative encourages businesses and employees to embrace a green lifestyle, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability.

已協助超過1000間企業響應綠色辦公目標！
More than 1,000 companies have embraced the Green Office goals!
環境部推動綠色辦公截至114年2月5日，全臺灣約有14800個公司及機關學校的辦公場所響應環境部的綠色辦公運動，其中包括中國信託、元大商業銀行、合作金庫商業銀行、信義房屋、國泰世華、台灣中油等重要企業。去年，由基金會輔導1057家企業參與綠色辦公，並從中挑選了11家(遠傳電信、中華電信、正隆股份有限公司、台灣中油、台灣房屋、山形閣、礁溪寒沐酒店、汎可有限公司、邰旺國際貿易有限公司、台灣省環境工程師公會、馨樂美髮工作室)進行辦公室的綠色健檢，並協助3家企業改善其辦公環境，同時模擬推動綠色辦公減碳成果。
As of February 5, 2025, the Ministry of Environment has successfully encouraged approximately 14,800 offices—including corporations, government agencies, and schools across Taiwan—to adopt Green Office practices. Participants included notable corporations from financial, real estate, and petroleum industries.
Last year, with the support of IER, 1,057 companies adopted the Green Office practices. Among them, 11 corporations were selected for on-site Green Office assessments, and three of them received direct assistance to improve their office environments, along with simulations of potential carbon reduction amounts achieved through Green Office practices.
